The pause
You reach for your phone a hundred times a day, most of them without deciding to. Psalmbreak turns that reflex into a moment with God. Choose the apps that pull you away; when you open one, Psalmbreak asks you to stop for a short prayer first, then lets the app open.
In the Psalms, the word selah marks a pause: a breath before the next line. Psalmbreak is that pause, in the middle of your day.
How it works
- Choose the apps that steal your attention.
- Open one, and Psalmbreak stops you for a moment.
- Say how you feel and pray a short prayer grounded in a verse.
- The app opens for the time you chose. Your streak grows.
Free where it matters
Prayer and unlocking are always free. Psalmbreak has no account and no ads, and the apps you choose and your prayers stay on your phone.
